Vic moved here from Indiana. He has been in the commercial painting and reconstruction business since 1982. He has completed signature projects at Edison Winter Estates, Harborside Convention Center, Coconut Point Mall, Naples Cay, The Dunes of Naples, and Riverside Club of Marco Island. He has been a two-time winner of CAI Associate of the Year. He has three grown children and he has grandchildren that he gets to see often because they live in the area. Vic also has Jackie the love of his life to enjoy life together with.
Rich is a Chief Estimator specializing in waterproofing, concrete repairs, special coatings, and commercial/residential painting. In addition, his project management responsibilities have included all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, infrastructure, superfund, and environmental projects for government, commercial and private sector clients. These projects include but have not been limited to utility facilities, parking structure repairs, high-rise condominiums, stadium/convention center facilities, schools, and industrial buildings.
Rich is originally from Missouri and currently lives in Naples with his best friend and has adopted her “children” Cassie, the diva – great dane and Christmas, his best buddy, the rescue, black lab. He enjoys being on the beach or golf course whenever he can.
Jim went to work for the Sherwin Williams Company and raised three children while in their employ. His background in corrosive coatings in the marine and industrial division with Sherwin Williams led him to bridge coatings and inspection. He relocated with his family to Tampa Florida in 2001 where he opened an office for a Virginia firm for bridge inspection and under bridge infrastructure. Jim has a long and varied career in construction and inspection for residential to industrial tanks, vessels, and bridges.
His three children are now adults. Jim’s two sons are currently active duty military while his daughter is employed with a nationwide bank.

Tom, our General Superintendent, is a disabled Military Veteran that has been working in the industry for over 40 years and has been a loyal Vic’s Painting employee since 2000. Tom is a Master Tradesman with a versatile skill set that includes Flooring Systems, Wet Seal Systems, Professional Caulking, Below-Grade Waterproofing and High-Rise Restoration. He is also a certified Master Applicator of high-end products such as Tremco, Sika, and Dow Corning. Firmly, believing in “Safety First”, Tom, is OSHA certified and currently holds many safety certifications which include but are not limited to Scaffolding, Swing Stage and Proper Rigging Procedures.
Happily married, for over 25 years, to his beautiful wife Wendy, are currently raising their 15-year-old grandson. He is a father of 5 grown children (four of which he adopted) and the grandfather to 12. In his free time, Tom is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, fishing, boating and honing his Expert Marksmen Skills at the Shooting Range.
Ricky is a native Hoosier from the heartland of America, Indiana, moving to SWFL in 2013 with his wife, April and 3 children Jeremiah (19), Ricky JR (15), and Lilly (12). Don’t let the baby face fool you, Ricky brings with him over 15 years of sales experience, and is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 2004.
A devout Christian who lives life out loud for the Lord and shares this love by serving locally through his talent as a semi-professional musician. When not working, parenting or serving Ricky loves tossing a line in the water and enjoying the paradise we are all privileged to live in.
Tim Couch was born and raised in the Midwest. After college, with a degree in youth ministry he worked for various churches joining the staff of First Christian Church in 1992. In 1999, his family moved to New Zealand to work at a church in Wellington, NZ. When Tim and his family returned to Fort Myers, he got his contractor’s license and began Couch Construction, building new houses and remodeling homes in Lee, Charlotte, and Collier Counties. He has been married to his wife for thirty years. They have three adult children- a son who recently was promoted to manager of Chick-fil-A, a daughter in Med School and another daughter whose husband works for Couch Construction and a granddaughter on the way!
Originally from Miami, FL, Kristin moved to Southwest Florida in the early 2000’s. She is a humanitarian with the gift of gab, a creative eye, a cheery disposition and “do it right or don’t do it at all” attitude. With over 14 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Administrative, and Graphic Design makes her extremely versatile. She started her journey at Southwest Florida Distributing, which allowed her to incorporate her Marketing and Sales skills while producing both the Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach Chambers Annual Visitors / Relocation Guides. She is a part of the 2010 Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class and promoted this area as an advocate when participating in local and national tradeshows. During this same time, she completed her AA in Business & Administration while raising her children. Having ambition, determination, and the ability to see the “bigger brighter picture” when obstacles arise has been fundamental towards her success. She chose to resign from Southwest Florida Distributing after 10 years and she became a part of the Chico’s FAS family. Her initial task that she was a part of called “Charm” which was one of Chico’s biggest nationwide POS changeover. Her duties included but were not limited to overseeing, managing and the coordination to ensure the smooth transition, which was a success. Four years later, she wrapped up her career as the Executive Assistant to the VP of White House Black Market. During her free time she spends with her family exploring the local attractions, dining out or enjoying the beautiful SWFL beaches.
Larry is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and has been in Southwest Florida since 1960. Having seen the tremendous growth in the area since that time, he has become one of the areas best painters having worked on thousands of projects to master his craft and has gained a high level of respect from his peers. He has been with Vic’s Painting and Reconstruction for 25 years. Larry has been in the painting business since 1980 and was the first person to use and master electrostatic painting for Vic’s Painting and Reconstruction. He is a pleasure to work alongside and has a smile on his face each and everyday!
