Vic Hein

Vic moved here from Indiana. He has been in the commercial painting and reconstruction business since 1982. He has completed signature projects at Edison Winter Estates, Harborside Convention Center, Coconut Point Mall, Naples Cay, The Dunes of Naples, and Riverside Club of Marco Island. He has been a two-time winner of CAI Associate of the Year. He has three grown children and he has grandchildren that he gets to see often because they live in the area. Vic also has Jackie the love of his life to enjoy life together with.

Jim Hill

Jim went to work for the Sherwin Williams Company and raised three children while in their employ. His background in corrosive coatings in the marine and industrial division with Sherwin Williams led him to bridge coatings and inspection. He relocated with his family to Tampa Florida in 2001 where he opened an office for a Virginia firm for bridge inspection and under bridge infrastructure. Jim has a long and varied career in construction and inspection for residential to industrial tanks, vessels, and bridges.

His three children are now adults. Jim’s two sons are currently active duty military while his daughter is employed with a nationwide bank.

Chief Estimator

Tom Czako

Tom, our Chief Estimator, is a disabled Military Veteran that has been working in the industry for over 40 years and has been a loyal Vic’s Painting employee since 2000. Tom is a Master Tradesman with a versatile skill set that includes Flooring Systems, Wet Seal Systems, Professional Caulking, Below-Grade Waterproofing and High-Rise Restoration. He is also a certified Master Applicator of high-end products such as Tremco, Sika, and Dow Corning. Firmly believing in “Safety First”, Tom is OSHA certified and currently holds many safety certifications which include, but are not limited to, Scaffolding, Swing Stage and Proper Rigging Procedures.

Ryan Radziewicz

 

Hailing from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Ryan made Southwest Florida his home in 2018. While traveling and languages may be his passion, Ryan brings over a decade of Sales and Business Management experience. He received an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, studied abroad in Moscow, Russia, and then received his Bachelor’s Degree of Economics from Temple University. Following his education, Ryan went on to work with some of the largest multinational tech companies in the world such as Samsung and Google.

Tim Couch

Tim Couch was born and raised in the Midwest. After college, with a degree in youth ministry he worked for various churches joining the staff of First Christian Church in 1992. In 1999, his family moved to New Zealand to work at a church in Wellington, NZ. When Tim and his family returned to Fort Myers, he got his contractor’s license and began Couch Construction, building new houses and remodeling homes in Lee, Charlotte, and Collier Counties. He has been married to his wife for thirty years. They have three adult children- a son who recently was promoted to manager of Chick-fil-A, a daughter in Med School and another daughter whose husband works for Couch Construction and a granddaughter on the way!

Larry Phillips

Larry is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and has been in Southwest Florida since 1960. Having seen the tremendous growth in the area since that time, he has become one of the areas best painters having worked on thousands of projects to master his craft and has gained a high level of respect from his peers. He has been with Vic’s Painting and Reconstruction for 25 years. Larry has been in the painting business since 1980 and was the first person to use and master electrostatic painting for Vic’s Painting and Reconstruction. He is a pleasure to work alongside and has a smile on his face each and everyday!

Jim Reed

Jim is the second generation of a Restoration and Waterproofing family. His work can be seen across the entire state of Florida, along with other parts of the Southeast and Midwest, United States. He has over 30 years of experience in Restoration, Concrete Repair, Waterproofing, Carbon Fiber Installations, Epoxy Injection, Urethane Grout Injections, Sealants, and Expansion Joints. He performs Condition Surveys and Estimating for all projects and specializes in High-rise Structures, Industrial Structures and Parking Garages. Mr. Reed also has a long list of certifications under his belt, some of which include: Master in Concrete Repair (Lvl. I,II & III), BASF Construction Chemicals, LLC-Building Systems Deck Coating Applicator Program, Deneef Construction Chemicals, Sto Concrete Repair/Coating Systems and he is OSHA and CPR certified. Jim belongs to the International Concrete Repair Institute and attended Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas.

Ivette Amable

Ivette’s professional career started over a decade ago in the Miami area. After gaining a few years of experience in Retail Store Management, she began her career in Office Management for a staffing agency in Miami. Ivette then earned her Associate Degree from Miami Dade College in 2017, two certifications in Financial Accounting/Quickbooks, became a certified Florida Notary, and joined Vic’s Painting as Office Manager shortly after. Ivette enjoys visiting her extended family in Miami and is currently expecting her second child!

Marty Dobransky

 

Originally from Chicago, Marty started his career right here in Southwest Florida as a Department of Labor Journeyman. Now with over three decades in the industry, he brings a wide portfolio of accomplishments and expertise in areas such as Painting, Waterproofing, Decorative Concrete Finishes, Custom Stain Finishes, Wallcoverings, Gold Leafing, and Industrial Coatings. Along with his long history with Vic’s Painting, Marty’s accomplishments include serving as an Instructor for the International Union of Painters & Allied Trades, and Paint Supervisor for the entire campus of University of Notre Dame. When he’s not busy estimating or running our field operations, Marty enjoys his fishing and quality family time.

Deborah Coyle

Deborah’s professional career started in her home state of Ohio, where she earned her Bachelor of Science and Education from Bowling Green State University. While doing volunteer work at Habitat for Humanity, she decided to contribute in a larger capacity by becoming the Director of Finance and Accounting for their Columbus, Ohio branch. After moving to Naples in 2006, Deborah continued to grow her professional skills with local companies. Finding her niche in Construction Administration, Deborah has since served as a skilled manager in a diverse set of roles that include Business Operations Management, Financial Accounting, Office Administration and more. Deborah is First Aid/CPR certified and Florida Lein Law certified. Happily married, Deborah and her husband enjoy spoiling their two, (4-Legged) children.
